Overview
There were 93 traffic fatalities last year in Denver – Denver Streets Partnership advocates for changes that make our streets safer for pedestrians and cyclists.
Challenge
Citizens have to sift through big data tables and PDFs to get information about high injury roads and planned transit improvements. There's no tool that pulls all that data together.
Solution
I took unstructured database information and turned it into something usable for the citizens of Denver. This map allows citizens to advocate for speed reductions, roundabouts, and stop signs in their neighborhood.
